I assume these risks and certify that I am in good physical condition and have not been informed otherwise by a qualified medical person.I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, administrators, successors or next of kin, waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue from any and all claims I may have against The Town of Queensbury, Underdog Race Timing, Grey Ghost Bicycles, North Country Subaru., their sponsors, officers, employees, board members and any organization members for any injury, illness, property damage or loss that might occur to me while participating in this activity.I confirm that I have read this agreement and completely understand its contents. *
