IT'S RACE DAY!
SORRY, NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION

Due to overwhelming demand, we were forced to close registration.  Mail-in entries post-marked by Jan. 20th were accepted. We have started a wait-list (no cost) and may have entries available on race day, depending on "no shows."  If additional spots are available, we will begin adding wait list registrants at 9:30am on Super Sunday for $30 each.

Flat, fast, chip-timed, USATF-sanctioned event.
Precise 5K/10K course, certification pending, $1,400 Cash Purse.

The Marathon Sports Super Sunday 5K/10K is returning after a spectacular debut in 2008.  The race offers runners a tour of Boston's growing Seaport district with amazing waterfront views of downtown Boston.

Free tech shirt and free running gloves to the first 500 entrants.  $1,400 CASH PURSE! (M & F overall, 5K & 10K)
After the race, enjoy free Legal Sea Foods' piping hot New England Clam Chowder along with a variety of beverages from our sponsors.

The event starts and finishes at Legal Sea Foods' corporate headquarters, passing Harpoon Brewery, the Bank of America Pavillion and the
Seaport World Trade Center.  Runners will then enter Fan Pier, passing the new ICA (Institute of Contemporary Art) before turning at the beautiful Moakley Federal Courthouse.  Next comes a jaunt along the Harborwalk... where stunning panoramic views of downtown Boston's waterfront will rejuvenate runners before the final mile of the race.

10K runners will have a special turn-around just past the start/finish line so that 5K splits will be recorded.  A special bonus prize will be awarded to any 10K runner if they are the first person (incl. 5K runners) to finish the 5K circuit!

Awards categories for each race: male & female overall and age groups: 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
