Registration/preregistration- pre registration entry must be post marked by 12/10/09 or online at www.runreg.com

Registration/Packet pick-up: Friday, 12/11/09 from 3-7 p.m. at S3 Training Studio, 1247B McArthur Dr. Alexandria, La. or Saturday, 12/12/09 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. at the Public Boat Ramp (race site).

Fit Family Members, Only-This category is for 2009/2010 Fit Family Members only. As part of your annual fee you are entitled to enter family members into this race (up to 5) for only $40. This is for either the 5K and/or 1 mile fun run. Only 2 complimentary shirts will be available for preregistered family members (other shirts will be available for extra fee as long as supplies last). Individual Fit Family Members are also entitled to $5. off 5k registration fee. Coupon code to be completed at checkout. If you have not received your coupon code via email then contact Teresa Coplen @ 318-447-7219 for the code.

I hereby certify that I am adequately trained and fit to run in this race.  In consideration of you accepting my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights and claims or damages which I may accrue against Fit Families for Cenla, Inc., the race director, and any and all sponsors, real and implied, their successors, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries surrered by me while traveling to and from and while participating in the race on December 12, 2009.
