PLEASE NOTE! POST-ENTRY DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION WILL INCREASE BY $5.00 FOR BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM ENTRY.

Awards, T's, Refreshments, and Raffle

Top three overall male and female finishers in the elite division.
Top three male and female in the 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 plus age group. 1^st Dartmouth resident male and female.

Teams: 1^st All Male, Female, and Mixed Team. 1^st Dartmouth Town Employee Team. No duplication of awards!

T-Shirts to all pre-entries. Refreshments and Raffle.

RULES:

· No drafting rule is in effect.

· Bicycle helmets are mandatory

· All participants must fill out and sign entry form

· All competitors' numbers must be visually displayed in all three segments of the competition.

TEAMS: All teams must indicate a unique team name.

In consideration of this entry being accepted, I do hereby forever waive and release the Town of Dartmouth, the Dartmouth Park Department, JB'S Road Race Management,  race organizers, and the sponsoring organizations and companies, their agents, representative, assigns, and successors from all claims of action which I at any time acquire as a result of traveling too, participating, and leaving from the event for which this entry relates.  I attest that I have prepared for, and in physical condition to participate in this event.  My physical condition can be verified by a certified licensed medical practitioner.
