Extra Miles

Each mile you add over 6 miles will cost an additional $5. If you would like to run more than 6 miles, enter the quanity of miles over 6 you would like to run. (7miles =1, 8 miles=2, 9 miles=3, etc..)	x	$5.00 each

I am aware that running/walking is a potentially hazardous activity.  I verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in running on city streets and in parks including, but are not limited to road/trail conditions, traffic, and the effects of weather.  I agree to obey all pedestrian and traffic laws.  I am stating that I am physically fit and aware of my limitations in regard to physical exercise.  I authorize PDX Run Tours LLC the right to use photographs of me taken during my run tour for marketing and promotional purposes.  Having read and understood this waiver, I am waiving my rights from all claims for damages and causes of suits or action that I may have against PDX Run Tours, due to my participation in the tour.

I agree to the above event waiver.
