I understand that running or walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, and I herby certify that I am medically able and physically trained and fit to participate in this event.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event, and I voluntarily and knowingly assume and accept all risks associated with participating in this event.  Having read and understood this waiver and release, and in consideration of your accepting this entry, I, for myself and anyone legally entitled to act on my behalf, herby waive, release and discharge the Luke Hadley Foundation and all Luke Hadley Foundation Run sponsors, volunteers, advisors, representatives, agents, employees, successors, and/or assigns, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Luke Hadley Foundation Race for Smiles 5K Run/Family Walk.
