Join your neighbors for a 5K and Kids 1 miler to help kick off the 2010 Fremont Festival! All participants get a goodie bag with a running shirt, bib number, and other prizes. Cost is only $8 and proceeds benefit Fremont Fest.

Register at: Any Foot Traffic store (or online by clicking here:
Starts: 9:25am for the kids 1 miler and 9:35 (so the parents can watch their kids finish before departing) in front of Foot Traffic (we'll walk them back to the parking lot of Beaumont M.S.)
Distance: 1 mile for kids (down to 50th and back to the finish) and a 5K for the big people!

*This will be a timed event (hand timed) with results being displayed within 20 minutes of the finish. All participants will receive a ribbon or a medal.

Fremont Fest 5K/Kids 1m. Waiver (MUST be signed by participant/parent/guardian)
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry into this event, I forever waive, release, & discharge any & all rights, claims for damages and causes of suits or action, known or unknown, that I may have against, Foot Traffic, the BBA, any sponsors, suppliers, agents, independent contractors, employees and any other persons who in any way assist or are connected with this event in any manner arising out of or resulting from my participation in any Fremont Fest 5K and 1 miler. I agree that this waiver, discharge & release also apply to my heirs, executors, administrators, & assigns without exception. I attest & verify that I have full  knowledge of the risks involved in the Fremont Fest 5K and 1 miler & that I will assume & pay my own medical & emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, & that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this race. I also agree that any sponsor may subsequently use, for publicity or promotional purposes, my name or picture of me participating without liability or obligation to me.
