This is a family-friendly fundraising event to replenish The Escondido Creek Conservancy's Education Fund, which is used to provide outdoor education opportunities to youth and adults in North San Diego County.

Cost is $50 for individuals, $75 for couples and $100 for a family of four. Children 5 and under are free. A healthy lunch is included in your ticket.

Due to limited parking at the festival site, there will be free shuttles for ticketed participants from offsite parking lots to the Mountain Meadow Preserve every 15 minutes throughout the day. The schedule is posted on the NOTES page. Choose the shuttle time that best associates with the festival activities you'd like to attend. The Conservancy will assign parking areas and send parking details to registered participants as we get closer to the event date. Please arrive at your assigned parking lot 15 minutes before the shuttle time you choose. No reservations are required for the return trip from the festival to the parking lots. The day will be replete with nature-based activities for all ages and physical abilities, children and adults. Participants can choose to join, at their leisure, guided 3 mile and/or 1 mile interpretive walks, childrens' stations (where children and their families can meet Conservancy educators and participate in outdoor learning), a silent auction, live raptors, nature journaling, lunch, and more.

There will also be an online auction where you can bid on cool stuff AND help the Conservancy.

The Mountain Meadow Preserve was created by a partnership of The Escondido Creek Conservancy, San Diego County Parks and Recreation, the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The Preserve is managed by the Conservancy. It includes breath-taking vistas and dramatic boulders; on a winter day, snow can be seen on the local mountains. Those who prefer to relax and enjoy the view from the Conservancy's new office are welcome to sit on the Conservancy's veranda or explore nature-based booths in the yard to learn more about local flora and fauna.
