This is a 10 week basic 10K training plan that includes some basic strength training and 3-4x week runs. We utilize Rate of Perceived Effort to talk about effort levels and assumes you will be doing the Thursday night hill group. This plan assumes that you are starting from being able to comfortably run at least 2 miles. This is a basic plan and you are responsible for following it on your own.
