How to Edit or Search your Registrations

This tool allows event directors to search for specific participants registered for their event. Use this tool to review, edit, or remove a registration, change a category, update contact information, or issue a refund.

To use this tool, go to Edit/Search Registrations under the Registration Data menu:  

1. Use the search criteria to search for a participant registered for your event

2. Once their name appears, you can choose to “edit” their entry or select an option from the drop-down menu next to their name

     a. If you choose to “Edit Entry” you will have access to edit the participant’s information

     b. This section also provides the option to add a bib number, include notes, and change the participant’s category
