Refunding Participants
Event directors can refund participants directly back to original method of payment, as long as the event balance is greater than the amount of the refund. There is no fee to the event director or participant to process the refund. Service fees are not refundable. If the event balance is lower than the refund amount, the event director can mail a check to the athlete, or mail a check back to athleteReg for credit to the event account.
