Yoga for Runners
Join Melissa Martin, owner of Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates, as she guides you through an 8 week session of yoga specifically geared towards runners! Each Tuesday session will be one hour in length (6:30-7:30 pm) and based on a specific part of the body, starting with the feet and working towards the upper body. Stretching, myofascial deep tissue work, and strength will all be incorporated into each class to teach the practitioner how to properly strengthen and open the muscle tissue. No yoga experience required, all-level friendly! This is a class offered only to Millennium Running Club members and will take place at Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates in Bedford, NH.
